Cluj is an amazingly safe and accessible city! There are so many great places to explore, too many places too eat, and it is easy to get just about anywhere!
Old Town is our suggestion for where to stay with everything in easy walking distance. Restaurants, pubs, clubs, museums, shopping and groceries are all at your finger tips! As well as markets, chruches and cultural experiences.
Looking for that country vibe?! There are amazing locations outside the city with easy access! Explore the city via tram, bus, taxi or Uber, and on Friday, public transport is FREE!
You will want to fly in to Cluj "Avram Iancu" International Airport (CLJ). This will likely mean a connection for many of you. We highly recommend Turkish Airways and for a local line Wizz is pretty solid. If you are on a longer adventure, you may want to fly in to Bucherest, go to the Therme, and make an adventure trip to Cluj. Taxi's are ready available at the airport and Uber and Bolt are available.
